{ The Littlest Heroes Project }
Monday, March 8th, 2010I am proud to announce that I have been accepted as a volunteer for http://www.littlestheroesproject.org/. This is a wonderful organization that offers photo sessions to children with serious illnesses or life-altering disabilities and their families. I know that my children have had more than their share of difficulties, but they are relatively healthy. I CAN NOT imagine the heartache and hardships that these families must suffer. Take a moment, if you will, to check out this amazing organization.
{ Young Love }
Monday, March 8th, 2010Yes, this post is different than the original one featuring Crystal’s & Patrick’s engagement session. The first one got lost in translation from the “new” blog to the NEW new blog. lol! Anyway, I was honored to capture these images for such a sweet, sweet couple and I look forward to their May wedding.

{ My Little Girl }
Friday, March 5th, 2010Whether your daughter is still a little girl or a grown-up woman, she’ll always remain as your girl and will hold a special place in your heart.
It’s probably from your daughter that you learned about the sweetness and spice of little girls.
It’s also from her that you learned about patience and forgiveness, as she stretched your tolerance with the sulky attitude of a teenage girl.
And still it’s from her that you learned that whatever she has chosen to become, you’ll still feel proud of her simply because she has the key to your heart forever.”
I can’t believe that my beautiful, first born baby is now 15. Wow! Sometimes it seems as if it was just yesterday that we were bringing her home from the hospital. I clearly remember being more than a little anxious, but totally, and completely in love with her. Even though I didn’t think it could, that love has grown more every day. God has truly blessed this family when he gave us Tori!
