This past Sunday evening, I had the pleasure of spending time with the M family. This session was a long time in the making. We first started planning it this time last year and things kept getting in the way. We made a shot at it last spring, but we were sabotaged by gnats. Omgoodness!! (yes, I do notice the theme of my sessions and icky, creepy critters.) This time, nothing got in our way.
Well, little H wasn’t exactly thrilled with the prospect, but the cutie pie didn’t cry. So, I think it was a success. How about you?

Wednesday, September 1st, 2010To say that I had a blast last night with Justin and his Mom, Paula, would be an understatement! At times, I laughed until my sides hurt. We had beautiful (and some a bit creepy) locations to shoot Justin’s senior pictures. Only a few times did we get sidetracked by ticks, ants (the size of elephants,) private property signs, and ghosts.
All in all, I think the results were totally worth it! Here are just a tiny few that we managed to capture last night. Enjoy!

Friday, June 18th, 2010Little Miss G was such a treat this morning. Everything was a new discovery. It was the first time for shells, the beach, and sand between her toes. She was a pure delight to photograph as she explored her surroundings. Yes, Mom, you were very blessed to have such a sweet-natured child first. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek, which isn’t very small because they all turned out so well that it was hard to pick just a couple.

Monday, May 31st, 2010I met up with Anna’s lovely family at the beach last night. All day long, I was worried that the weather was not going to cooperate for us. Because it was raining off and on here, I kept checking the radar. It was starting to rain again when I left my house. The closer I got to the beach, the clearer the sky. ![]()
Once I made it to the beach house, I looked back over my shoulder. I didn’t know if we were going to have time before the rain reached us. Anna’s brother cracked me up as soon as I walked in the house. He had the radar pulled up on his cell phone. He held it out to me and said, “do you really think we can make it?” I told him that I thought we could if we hurried. So, we did. I think we did pretty well, too. The children were so very well behaved. We took lots of shots and the rain never showed up. yay! Here is your sneak peek, Anna!
